Here is the information for the event.

1. This event is being hosted at Sapphire Gymnastics Academy – 11401 Meredith Dr. in Urbandale.

2. We will begin warm up at 3:45pm on Saturday, November 2nd. We will follow a warm-up, compete format immediately following the warm-up time. I think we should be done at about 7-7:30pm.

3. Here are the groups for the day. The event listed is where we will start, and then we will follow Olympic order.

Vault – Salute – Bronze and Silver – 15 kids
Bars – Sapphire – 14 kids
Beam – Salute – Gold and Platinum and IGN – 13 kids
Floor – Team Flip and Success – 13 kids

4. Each gymnast will be judged on their routines as well as receiving a feedback form on each routine. That form will confirm which elements are used for Special Requirements, if there are any major issues to be concerned about, or if there are odd occurrences. If you have any questions about what you see on that form we also have a separate meet ref that can talk to you about those questions.

5. If the kids do not have full routines yet it is perfectly fine if you tell the feedback judge what you are hoping to have for a certain requirement, and have them fill the form out with that consideration.

6. We will not have seating in the gym for the parents. They are welcome to hang out in the lobbies, but we will not have room for 50 parents to be able to see what is going on. This event is for you and the kids to get some great feedback to head into your season.
